Alignment of board around narrative after first acquisition
We knew the CEO at Topsource which is a global outsourcing business in a growing niche, purchased by Horizon as the base for growth via acquisition. On the first acquisition there was some very careful alignment to be done between various executives. The value here was partly the output - partly the ability to read the room and do the necessary work with individuals to un-ruffle feathers and get everyone to a decent starting point. We only did the narrative on this job.
